Flanked by CFA and DSI, is located at the edge of RH. It houses 25 single rooms, 21 double rooms and 5 single double rooms. Its location makes it one of the quieter blocks in RH. Occasionally, residents would play badminton in the quadrangle, taking full advantage of the serenity of its locale.
Block 3 and Block 3A
Both interconnected, housing altogether 72 single rooms, 26 double rooms and 7 single double rooms. Situated next to the communal hall, residents of block 3 could never miss out on the fun and action going on in the communal hall.
Block 4
Situated in the centre of RH, has the same building and landscape design as Block 2 and Block 6. It is just a stone throw away from the rest of the blocks and other RH facilities. It has 25 single rooms, 21 double rooms and 5 single double rooms.
Block 5
The largest block in RH. It encloses a takraw/badminton court and is linked with Block 3A. It is also the only block with a vending machine, providing thirst quenchers for the residents after a tiring game of takraw or badminton. It houses 36 single rooms, 39 double rooms and 8 single double rooms.
Block 6
Located at the west side of RH, is conveniently situated near the RH hardcourt. Having a clear view of the hardcourt means one can easily know whether the hardcourt is free for use or whether one's friends are there playing. It has 25 single rooms, 21 double rooms and 5 single double rooms.

Single Rooms
RH houses 183 single rooms spread throughout its 5 blocks offering the option of a more private board for those who prefer having their own personal space.
Slightly smaller than the double room, the single room is an ideal combination of comfort and privacy at an affordable price.
Double Rooms
RH has the most number of double rooms on campus. Its 128 double rooms are fully furnished and provides space to comfortably fit 2. The double room is ideal for those who are looking for cheap campus accommodation and for those who would like to benefit the most from hall life.
Single Double Rooms
Besides the single and the double rooms, RH offers the option of a single double room as well. As big as a normal double room but furnished for one, its limited numbers makes it an exclusive option of privacy and spacious luxury for residents.
