SERVICE REQUEST FORMS
The standing/ cultural committees of Raffles Hall perform specialized functions for the various committees of the hall. As such, to improve the efficiency of hall operations and service quality provided by such committees, the Chairpersons would like to request that service request forms are to be filled and submitted to them should the need for their committee’s services arise.Instructions:
1. Download the service request form of the committee whom you require services from (see below).
2. Read all instructions and guidelines in the document.
3. Adhere to the time of notice guideline.
4. Fill in the form as accurately and as detailed as possible, then submit it to the respective Chairperson.
