The Culture Committee assists in managing the many cultural groups within the hall. They organize cultural showcases to help provide RH cultural groups with a platform for interaction and with the general aim to improve the cultural aspects of the hall.
Unplugged
Chairperson: Goh Hong Aik

Unplugged has members consisting of vocalists and instrumentalists such as acoustic guitarists, pianists, violinists and percussionists. Unplugged performs stripped, quieter numbers, focusing the audience's attention on the skills of the individual performers in addition to the performance as a whole. On the other hand, they are also capable of getting their audience dancing by playing more explosive numbers.
RH Choir

In RH Choir, no one is denied the chance to perform. Their performances have showcased their respect and appreciation for music. RH choir also holds workshops in basic music theory and seeks advice from prominent figures in the alumni, as well as other professionals, on ways to improve their performances as well as to grow as a choir. The group also performs acapella performances.
RH Dance

Raffles Dance is made up of a group of vibrant and dedicated dancers, many whom are experienced performers. The dancers are also adept choreographers; all the dances are choreographed by in-house talents. Each dancer adds his or her own unique style to the ensemble, creating a lively and dynamic whole. The group's inventory covers various genres of dance, including hip-hop, funk, modern jazz, contemporary Chinese dance and ballet. The group also makes a regular showing at "Funkamania", the inter-tertiary dance competition.

RH Band is one of the most popular activities in hall, accepting only the most talented vocalists and instrumentalists in hall. The band has gone through many generations, each adding their different touch to the band, but always never failing to boost and invigorate the atmosphere of any event. The band performs popular cover songs, as well as creates their own compositions occasionally.
RH Instrumental Ensemble

Our well-celebrated and much vaunted Instrumental Ensemble is an assembly of residents adept in such varied instruments as the piano, violin, flute, harmonica, cello and saxophone. Capable of adapting and performing famous orchestral pieces or its own compositions, this enigmatic group's repertoire ranges from pop to jazz and classical.
